Ryker is my Red Deer stag, and he's up for almost anything. His personality is open to interpretation at the moment, but I'm thinking he'll be ornery/stubborn/and quite aggressive.
I'd be up for almost any plot at this point.

Sounds like he'll really butt heads with my own Red Deer stag, Pine. I think a meeting between the two of them could be quite interesting!
