Lunar Beam walked into the meadow her large doe eyes shifting as the beams of the moon seemed to dance around her.It was odd to see a doe out at this time of night but Luna was one who seemed to just like the soft sound of crickets. Her brown seemed to dance through the weeds as her black seemed out of place almost like a snake.She shifted nibbling the due covered weeds under the watchful eyes of the moon.She walked with grace after a wile allowing her long legs to carry her with ease through the tall weeds.She was new here and the quiet was allowing the doe to see this place like maybe the others would not.She picked up her pace almost gliding through the weeds as if dancing with the moon beams.She remembered the way her mother and her would walk through the beams together, the place she got her name was burned in her mind.
Many found her odd she was quiet and would rather stay off to the side then join in the rough play.But she was smart and many came to her to talk about problems or just to tell secrets.She would keep them though some were horrible and would haunt her for days.As soon as the doe stepped foot into this forest though her worries seemed to go away and her body and mind could relax. She whispered to the moon her voice like an angels as she whispered thanks and sweet lullaby's to the white figure showing her the path to a small stream.She lowered her delicate head to the fresh water and sipped lightly at the water.She found herself wishing maybe someone would grace her with sound.

She just had to eat that cursed frog! The little voice in her head said 'hey! Jynette! That's a bad idea!' but no she just couldn't help herself and now she was quite a sight! The little red fox rolled her aching shoulders forward and flinched at the rustle of feathers. Somehow this forest had worked its bizarre magic on her and from her back now sprouted a fine pair of hawk wings but she wasn't terribly thrilled about it. A winged fox? She didn't even know if she could fly?! Grumbling she prowled through the meadow, pausing every so often to stretch the foreign limbs. Oh what had she gotten herself into?
Jynette was so caught up in her own thoughts that she didn't even notice when she nearly ran right into a doe. "Whoa! Excuse me sorry about that…just wanted to get a drink." The fox bent her head and quickly lapped up a good long drink. "What's your name? I'm Jynette."

Luna sort of jumped at the little fox that seemed to be fighting with herself.She looked down only to notice the the beautiful wings falling to the sides of the creature.she stumbled through her mind softly searching for fear and yet she had none.She smiled her eyes soft as she seemed to understand the words of the sweet fox."Oh really its fine i should of made myself more known to you".She smiled at the fox lapped at the water as if very thirsty,"That's a beautiful set of wings you have there Jynette oh and pardon me my name is Lunar Beam but you can call me Luna".She flashed a sweet smile her tone loving and lacking any judgement on the lovely fox.Her ears twitched back only to fall forward again as she looked down softly at the moon lite fur of the fox.
She placed strong hooves under her delicate body as she lay warm on the chilled dewy grass. She truly was a sight as if unafraid to be attacked yet always able to pat attention to the animal talking to her and the sound of the night. Her soft doe eyes never seemed to show fear or dislike for the small fox who seemed to catch the soft side of the doe with every passing moment.She found herself wondering where the fox had come from? Was she alone, or were there more of them like her. She just smiled though not wanting to frighten the small animal with to many questions at one time.That was how Luna was, fun and patent never poking at others but also in her own way always ready to help out even if told to but out.

Jynette was pleased that the doe was so polite. It was nice to have a quiet conversation with another creature, especially after being on her own for so long. The doe introduced herself as Luna and complimented Jynette's newly acquired wings. Heat rose to her cheeks and her wings twitched a little at the attention. "Oh, um…thank you Luna." She was rather in aww at the doe's patience and placidity. Perhaps these wings weren't as odd as she thought.
"I made the mistake of eating an enchanted bullfrog and… haha, well, here I am! I've yet to see if I can fly with them though. I rather like my feet on the ground." Since entering the forest Jynette was beginning to resolve herself to staying there. It wasn't too bad here and she had met some interesting characters thus far.
Jynette finished her drink and licked her lips before stretching all her limbs. Even though most creatures were probably getting ready for sleep if they hadn't done so already, Jynette was nocturnal by nature. She was debating if she was hungry enough to start hunting field mice but for now she was enjoying the doe's company.
"So Luna, have you been in The Forest long? How did you come to this place?"

Celestia looked up from her sleeping place within the grass. She had come into this peaceful meadow in search of food, and she was rewarded with plenty. Now , with a full stomach, she was sleeping, but had woken up at the sound of a conversation. She roused herself up to her feet, stretching slightly. She breathed in the night air, fully awake now. Her amber eyes scanned the surroundings, trying to make out the owners of the voices. Her fluffy tail twitched, a sigh that she was excited. Celestia's rather large ears pointed forwards, hoping to catch a bit of the conversation. "Hello there?" she called out, her clear voice ringing out like bells in the frosty moonlight. "Anyone here?"
