Gordlum
There is a lot of folklore around Gordlum, but this is the real account of the white deer.

Gordlum was the first to enter the magical forest after it had been created. Since he was the first, Estreya decided to give him an Immortality Potion. After consuming the liquid, Gordlum shortly thereafter was killed after drowning in a bayou. Tales have been passed down by gossiping chickadees that he admired his reflection so much that the bayou actually came alive and had eaten him, but Gordlum was in fact a very down to earth fellow, and only happened to have the misfortune of getting stuck in a very dangerous and muddy part of the water while cooling off. When the tide rose, Gordlum died. He was later seen emerging from the bayou with a glowing white pelt, and frightened onlookers at the time had only thought one thing: a ghost! In reality, he had been "brought back" by Rottair. His immortality potion had forbidden him to leave The Forest.

Estreya
Estreya is seen as the mother of the forest. She is kind, gentle, and loves to care for baby animals of all kinds. She often visits the pond just to make conversation, as she is a very social goddess. Estreya is a typical white-tailed deer. She is noticed for her striking yellow eyes, light golden fur, and her long ears. She always wears woven flower bracelets on her legs, as well as a crown of flowers on her head.

Rottair
Rottair is seen as menacing by many. He is a wolf of course, but he has a very important role. While his partner Estreya gives and cares for life, he takes it. If he didn't act as the balancing force of the forest, chaos would ensue. Rottair can be recognized from other wolves almost immediately. He has black, blue eyes, and very large canine teeth. He is approximately the size of a large pony, around 56 inches at the shoulder.
