The small creature hopped along, jumping higher than most predators could jump and she revelled in it. She leapt up and landed on all four of her hoofed feet, she even tempted landing on her back but it was painful so she didn’t do it again. She had done something similar when she was younger and she didn’t remember landing on her back being so painful but then again she had being younger and she hadn’t being able to leap as high.
With a leap the world around her flashed and she flew into something hard. She squealed in such a high pitch that glasses would surely be able to break around her and when she looked around again she was astounded. She was no longer in the wonderful grass plains of Africa. Her herd was nowhere to be seen. She panicked at first, her heart beating astounding fast against her chest but soon she relaxed. She would find them wouldn’t she? She sniffed at the earthy ground and studied the white tree that towered over her like most animals did and then she lay down. She curled up between the roots of the great tree and she sat thinking.
She was alone in a different world, something exciting yet scary at the same time. Something she would be able to brag about one day. Yet for now she was alone... and scared.

Something was definitely not right. Bryna's nostrils flared as she took in the scents of the forest around her, one ruddy leg frozen in the air in mid step as the fur along her back stood on end. Her ears swiveled behind her and her hazel eyes gazed to either side. Was it a predator that had her so alert? Cautiously she took a few steps back and turned toward the way she'd come from but... it looked different! Where was the string of ash trees she'd just passed through?
Bryna worked to suppress her growing panic and when she was certain it was not a predator, but rather the environment itself, that was causing her discomfort she pressed on. If she could not go back then she would go forward. Her ears flicked forward again as she heard a cry of shock and she hesitated. Bryna did not recognize the creatures call, it sounded somewhat like another doe and it definitely wasn't a predator. Maybe she wasn't lost alone out here after all.
Determined to get to the bottom of this Bryna strode in the direction of the sound and soon found herself at the base of a huge white oak tree. Oh she definitely wasn't in Rhesia anymore. She was about to turn and get as far away from the strange tree as she could when she glimsped a strange cloven animal curled up in the trees roots. It looked like some odd sort of fawn. A native of this strange land, perhaps?
Bryna cleared her throat. "Excuse me, miss? I seem to have stumbled upon your tree, would you be able to tell me where I am?"
EDIT 1/9/13: I have inactivated Bryna for the time being until I've more time to play her, please let me know if I need to reactivated her for this thread.
